Draft Law 1257/2013 requires that fire safety procedures, proposed by Mr Cabral Everaldo was adopted in plenary unanimously. Awaiting the sanction of the Executive Branch, the Law will protect goers event spaces, nightclubs, concert halls, cinemas, gymnasiums, carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms convention centers and other places of education, culture and entertainment. The Act will ensure protection to citizens, demanding the implementation of security measures, so that tragedies do not vitimem our population. The proposed legislation at issue arose after the fire which destroyed more than 1,000 families in the city of Santa Maria - RS, where more than 250 people died in the accident Nightclub Kiss. This specific legislation, unchanged aiming to expand its protective radius, still requiring the hiring of firefighters and imposing fines for noncompliance with safety standards. About the Law, Mr Everaldo said: "Tragedies that claimed the lives of over 250 young people, devastated more than 1000 families and moved across carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms the country. Our project aims to protect citizens in several collective environments, and so, after sanction of the Executive Branch, our state has specific legislation that ensures the safety of all these events.
