The APSEI - Portuguese Association of Security, will discuss on the 25th March, the theme "Rehabilitation in Fire Safety", a luncheon to be held at the Hotel Tivoli Oriente, in the Park of Nations. This is an initiative that integrates Cycle Debates 2014 - 360 Security and seeks to discuss the difficulties in the implementation of the Legal Regime of Fire Safety spy net to existing buildings.
In APSEI press release explains that the need for this debate comes at a time perspective that the construction activity in Portugal, in the coming years will focus on the rehabilitation of existing buildings. The debate will start with a presentation by guest speaker António Coelho Leca, Principal Investigator at LNEC (National spy net Laboratory spy net for Civil Engineering), on various assumptions about the development of the existing legal framework including safety engineering and risk analysis in order to to meet the reality of the existing buildings. After this exposure, all participants will be invited spy net to speak and share their experiences and views on rehabilitation in fire safety.
