It is deeply rooted in the ANC's National Democratic Revolution, one of the central objectives of the radical redistribution of property. An extract from the ANC's Strategy & Tactics fenwal documents: "A critical element of the national programs for Emancipation Should be the elimination of apartheid property relations.
